At Appollo Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
